Spring & Summer 2027 Sublease – 2 Bed/2 Bath at Regents West (Jan-Jul)

My roommate and I are looking for two people to take over our lease for a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Regents West for the Spring & Summer 2027 semester (January–July). Rent is approximately $1,500 per person per month. The apartment is in an excellent West Campus location within walking distance of UT Austin, with a bus stop right outside for added convenience. It is very clean, well-maintained, and has responsive maintenance. The apartment is unfurnished, but we may be able to leave some furniture if needed. One of our favorite features is the large private balcony with an amazing view. We've loved living here throughout our time at UT and are only subleasing because we're graduating one semester early.
