Seblea is a verified housing marketplace for people who are tired of the runaround. We built it because finding a sublease, a roommate, or a rental shouldn't mean juggling five different apps and hoping for the best.

Why we exist

Housing is one of the most important decisions you make, but the process of finding it is broken. Listings are scattered across social media, group chats, and classified sites with no verification, no accountability, and no way to know who you're dealing with.

Seblea brings everything into one place. Every listing is admin-reviewed before it goes live. Every user goes through a real signup process. And when you're ready to connect with someone, both sides have to agree before a conversation starts.

Our approach

We're invite-only right now. That's intentional. We'd rather grow slowly with real people than fast with bots and spam. Every person on the platform was invited by someone who's already here, or approved by our team after requesting access.

We don't sell your data. We don't show you ads. We're building a platform where the product works well enough that people want to use it — and eventually, pay for the services that make their housing process easier.
