• Violates housing laws, including fair housing regulations
• Solicits personal information from minors
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Impersonates another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Seblea platform, including its design, features, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post on Seblea (such as listings, profile information, and photos). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Seblea is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information or conduct background checks on users. You are responsible for independently verifying any information and exercising caution when interacting with other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seblea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from disputes with other users, property damage, personal injury, or financial losses related to housing arrangements made through our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seblea and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Seblea shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or our platform.
